The Hawker 800XP business jet is derived from the plan of the UK-assembled de Havilland/Hawker Siddely and British Aerospace 125, first built in 1962, which advanced into the Series 400 to 800 created up to the mid-1990s. Raytheon bought the Series 800 program in 1993 and the airplane took the name Hawker 800.


The fuselage sections, wings and control surfaces were manufactured and assembled in the United Kingdom


The flight deck of the Hawker 800XP obliges two group with a third seat for a spectator or crew member. The windscreen is fitted with an electrical anti-icing framework.
